Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Standards

Swainston Software Development LLC is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior on our platform.
Our Standards
The following are strictly prohibited on Patio:
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming behavior or any conduct intended to facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- Using the app to contact minors for inappropriate or exploitative purposes
Prevention Measures
We take the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:
- We review reported content and take swift action to remove any material that violates these standards
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE
- We report instances of apparent child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law
- We permanently ban users found to be in violation of these standards
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on Patio that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Enforcement
Violations of these standards will result in immediate action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate removal of offending content
- Permanent suspension of the offending account
- Reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC
